If you have purchased the Resistance Rail Standard and want to make an upgrade, then look no further. There are connectors included with all Resistance Rail models that the Horizontal Rail can attach to. The bottom Horizontal Rail is also great for children that cannot reach the top rail. Gymnastic Rings
The Gymnastic Rings are something you should have for a calisthenics workout. It allows you to perform pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and many-core exercises even if you are a beginner. If you have wrist issues, the gymnastic rings allow you to twist your wrists during the motion. You can use them with your Resistance Rail to take your gymnastic training to the next level.

Fitness Straps

Our Cannonballs have a variety of functions. Using these versatile grip strength tools with your Resistance Rail, you can modify your pull-ups and chin-ups. These are very beneficial for your grip strength. You can also attach them to a dumbbell or a kettlebell, to perform various exercises including a farmer’s walk, or curls which would improve your muscle stability and coordination. The Cannonballs come with connector pieces attached to a stainless steel ring which will easily support your body weight. The groove design helps enable a firm grip.

Battle Rope
The battle rope is a piece of perfect equipment to get a full-body workout while hitting your cardio goals together at the same time. You can work your arms, your upper back, abdominal muscles, glutes, and if you incorporate jumps, lunges, and squats, you can work your lower body too.
