Had to do shoulders again today. It’s funny how sore my whole body is, or I should say almost funny. To be honest my body being sore helps to motivate me and tell me I am doing the workouts right.
I am sure I will start to notice the changes in my body over the next couple of weeks. Of course changes won’t happen over night, just wait and they will come. Changes in your body are a great motivational tool but don’t set your hopes to high to quickly. Give your body time to change and grow. You will be very pleased with the results.
It is definitely hard to get in the workouts with work and stuff, but I can’t make excuses. Just have to make the time, my body will be happy I stuck to it this time. Until next time, also be sure to stay tuned in for a more in depth P90x reviews.
