Getting started with P90x may be the hardest thing to do for you, It was for me. I hear a thousand excuses in my mind on why I can’t do it, why I shouldn’t do it, why I don’t have time, or that I just don’t feel like it. I almost had to yell at myself to stop being lazy and just start. Does this sound like you?

The first week of P90x has to be the worst, you will be more tired then probably you ever have been. The second day of using P90x will leave you very sour and exhausted.  I would recommend Beachbody’s energy drink Shakeology to help keep you as energized as possible during your p90x journey. The key to completing P90x is to NOT make excuses, and to just do your workouts. Don’t worry we all struggle when getting started with P90x and it is difficulty all the way through, but stick with it and your body will reap the many benefits.
