I worked out my abs today, and had a good workout. Better then the one for sure where I was dragging ( yesterday ). Anyhow I am glad to be doing abs again, as I mentioned, they are my favorite muscle to work. Working out today I had a lot more energy than yesterday. I was hoping for exactly that, and it was no luck, just made sure I got enough sleep.
Sleep is, as you may have guessed, essential to having enough energy to complete your intense P90x workouts. If you do not get enough sleep you will not be able to put in the necessary energy into your workouts. Also your stamina will be greatly effected by lack of sleep.
Anyhow I hope to do a post on my breakfast meal through my dinner meal and how I reach five meals a day. It will probably be a series of posts over the next couple of days or whenever I get around to it.
