It’s day two, again, for my P90x journey. I had to prematurely stop and restart P90x because of personal reasons but now I’m back full swing and on my second day.
On the second day is when the soreness really sets in, and boy it has. Today it was really hard to get through the program. I am sure after my first week or two my body will become more adapt but until then it will be a struggle. The good thing about it is that I know P90x works so that is really all I need to stay motivated.
I plan to buy some protein and nutritional bars tomorrow or I may order the Beachbody Peak Performance Protein Bars from the official site.
