Well after years of putting it off I am getting pack on P90x. I am sure my body will feel like trying to start a rusty chainsaw in the middle of a blizzard, but here it goes.
Tomorrow will be my first day on the system. I will be starting with shoulder and arms and I doubt I will get through the whole set. I should probably first complete Power 90 again to warm up to the P90x workout. I am sure if I keep to it I will start rolling strong.
I will updated again after my first day of P90x. I am excited to get started. As always be bold my brothers and sisters!
