When first starting out P90x your body will be very sore, but that’s a great sign that the exercises are working. Many other exercise programs only target a few areas of your body, P90x is designed to target your entire body.
When I start an exercise program, specially to lose weight I try to change my eating habits right away. I try to get off most sugar, especially sugar drinks, or soft drinks. I try to eat around 300 calories a meal or less and try to eat meals low in saturated fat.
I also work on eating five meals a day. This can be hard for some, but it really will kick start your metabolism. If you don’t know already, metabolism will play a huge factor in how much weight you lose while doing P90x extreme home fitness. For those over forty you will most likely want to jump start your metabolism as quickly as possible to achieve maximum benefit from using P90x.
I count consuming a protein shake as one of the meals I eat. I start my P90x exercise every morning. The reason I completing P90x in the morning is that I feel it is the time your body will lose the maximum amount of weight, especially if you went to bed just before you became hungry at night. This won’t work for everyone’s schedules, and remember just doing the exercises at anytime on a consistent basis will give you tremendous results.
