P90x was tough today ( well it pretty much is everyday right? ) especially because I didn’t get enough sleep. I am sure you have heard that getting enough sleep to handle these intensive workouts is essential. This could not be more true. You should try to get at least eight to nine hours of sleep every night. This will allow your muscles to rebuild faster, your energy levels to certainly be higher, and to generally feel a lot better throughout the day.
Getting enough sleep, at least for me, is the only way I can give me all during the P90x workouts. If you are considering to buy P90x make sure that you will have adequate time to sleep as you will need it on this program, and any exercise and dieting plan for that matter.
Remember to get the sleep you need and you will be able to go at your P90x workouts with that high level intensity you had planned. Your energy will also increase as time goes on and you will even become more accustomed to your workouts as well.
