Another day more P90x fun! Okay, I know that sounds a little weird but I am starting to feel great from my p90x workouts. I am also trying to bring a better attitude to my P90x workouts. Sometimes I get down, maybe like some of your out there, or have trouble getting motivated. The important thing is to stick to it. Sometimes a break is necessary but not more than a couple of days I would think.
At least for me I wouldn’t think it would be a good idea to take an extended amount of time off as you will probably have that much more trouble getting started again. If I take a number of days off I often times fail to return to the workouts because I just think too much time has past. It can be very unsettling, and end up taking me weeks to try the exercise program again.
So stay at it, but also take some breaks, just sparingly.
