Day 12 P90x Workout

Today I had to do abs and last time I did abs they were burning for certain. I do enjoy doing them, they are never too hard for me like I mentioned in an earlier post. I used to work them out on my own before I checked out where to buy P90x for myself. Anyhow I just love the abs workout that came with P90x. I did used to do the ab ripper 200 a lot before beginning my P90x journey. For all those not sure what ab ripper is, it came with the Power 90 program, Tony Horton’s pre-P90x workout system.

A great way to easy into the P90x system, for some, may be to start with Power 90. For those of you who would like to know more about Power 90, I am currently compiling an informational resource for those interested. I will go over the Power 90 system and let you know how it works. I will also give my review of the system as well as pros and cons.

Anyway I am already feeling the energy from being on P90x for twelve days now. Getting back on more water has helped tremendously I believe.
