Day one, after finishing my first P90x workout I am extremely exhausted. My muscles are really sore at all yet although they will be sore by tomorrow I’m sure. The next day is when I really feel all that work I did on previous day. Because of just starting an intense workout routine most people will be very sore for the first couple of days or even a few weeks into the program.

Today I had to do off the soft drinks and iced tea I have found myself to be addicted to. Drinking 8 cups of water a day will be very difficult for me, but my body will love me for it. I have less trouble restricting my food intake as I do with giving up sugar drinks.

I will try to give my P90x report every 30 days or so to keep you filled in on my progress. For those of you just starting out, remember this is your first week on P90x, and the first week is the hardest. Don’t push your body too hard and quit before you reach your full potential. And remember that once you buy p90x you will be on the road to a healthier life.
