So many readers have asked me what time of the day is the best time to workout? Especially those users who have recently had the chance to buy P90x. What time of day is the best for optimum results from your workout? It really is up to your personal selection but also it is up to weather or not you have the time to do the workout at any particular time. Of course you can set the needed time aside if you have a flexible schedule, but what about those who work full time jobs?

The time I do my workout may not work for those who have full time jobs, so just keep that in mind. There is no “right” time to do a workout just so long as you get your workouts done. I choose to do my workouts first thing in the morning. I also do not eat before my workouts because I feel that I can burn the most amount of weight by completing my workout on an empty stomach. Now this is definitely not for everyone. Many of you will choose to eat before your work outs and for some this ideal. But for me I am trying to loose the maximum amount of weight possible.

For those looking to build muscles mass you probably shouldn’t follow the part about not eating before your workouts. Ask you doctor if this is something you should do, I am not saying you should It is just what I do. Working out in the morning also makes certain I won’t miss my workout for the day because I know I already finished in first thing in the morning. Rather than continually putting it off until I never end up completing the P90x workout for the day.
